Payment
Payment is required one week prior to shipping or delivery (No C.O.D.s). We accept VISA and Mastecard. Checks accepted 14 days prior to delivery. Financing available.

Shipping and Delivery
Bases, booths and tables are "KD" (knocked-down) and require assembly. In-stock items can be picked up at our warehouse at no charge. Delivery time for in-stock furniture items is normally five to ten working days. For shipping and delivery information, please call us at 510-261-7300.

Warranty
RED stocks well known, standard brands which are backed by their respective manufacturers. Most manufacturers will not permit a wholesaler to make any adjustment, replace any part, accept a return, or exchange any defective or unsatisfactory merchandise without written permission from them. Customers should abide by the warranty instructions provided by the manufacturer. RED will assist, and, if possible, help expedite the occasional difficulty.

Claims: Damage/Loss/Shortages
When shipping via common carrier, it is the responsibility of the customer to note any shortages or damage on the carrier's bill of lading upon delivery. Any failure to adequately explain the evidence of damage, loss or shortages may result in the carrier dishonoring the claim. RED does not accept any responsibility for damage in transit.

Returns and Restocking
Cancellations and/or returns will only be accepted within 7 days with out prior written approval and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All freight and/or delivery charges are non-refundable. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

Availability
Availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct all photographic, clerical, typographical and printing errors in our catalog. Some items may be temporarily out of stock due to high demand or situations beyond our control. Please be sure to have enough help and/or the proper equipment for unloading merchandise upon delivery, or ask about lift gate services when placing your order. Truck drivers provide delivery service and are not required to provide assistance unloading.

RED is not responsible for errors or omissions.
